Sorry folks, for keeping you guys on hold for so long. I know how eagerly you wait for my posts.
Despite repeated warnings from my friends/well-wishers that I might damage my knees if I continue thinking so loudly on my blog, I continued doing so just for the ‘hick’ of it. However, it was a pleasant surprise for me when instead of developing pain in my knees I got it in my right bum. Yes guys! With so much exercise I am giving it, it seems my ‘bheja’ has upgraded to a higher position.
Doctor said it is ‘Sacroiliitis’ and may have been caused by prolonged sitting or lifting heavy weights. Well, I already have pain in my ****, so don’t compel me to comment on my wife’s weight and yes once in a week I sit on computer for 18-20 hours at a stretch for branch migration. Still, I think that it is my loud thinking and brain storming which are the real reasons of the pain and I feel proud that my brains are moving up. With more hard work it may reach its natural habitat.
Bye for now.

Movies
Recently watched, Shaurya on DVD and Jaane tu..Ya Jaane Na in theater.
Jaane tu is as fundoo as expected. Music is good, the newcomers are appealing and the story is told beautifully. Complete paisa vasool, go for it. (Must watch for Babu Sahebs)
Shaurya is good. A bit disappointing for those who have seen the original (A Few Good Men). Though Kay Kay Menon is mesmerizing as Brig. Pratap, he gave up quite easily in the end and thus does not match up to Jack Nicholson. The director failed to build up tension in the climax. Music by Adnan Sami is bad. Anyway a good watch due to Kay Kay Menon & Rahul Bose’s eight pack abs.

Also recommended:- IRON MAN (fundoo), Indiana Jones (only for die hard fans of Harrison Ford, complete no no for Spielberg fans)
On the Hit List: Hancock(Will Smith), Wanted (Angelina Jolie), Rock On(farhan akhtar, arjun rampal) and Mumbai Meri Jaan (Irfaan, Kay Kay Menon)

Chemistry
Being a Banker, I was writing on Economics, inflation etc on my blog. It didn't went well with some of my so called friends. Firoz must be knowing that I scored 9 in chemistry in my board exams and just to insult me he sent me an article on the subject. But maybe this goodfornothing IT Manager does not know that I've married an M Sc (Chemistry) lady. Today, her degree will be coming to my rescue. I am going to understand the following article from my wife today. Khuda Hafiz......

Economy
Inflation is giving me nightmares these days.
Last heard, my post 'strange equations' created quite a ruckus in FinMin. The question was, "how a pensioner can gift Rs 1500/- worth cycle to his grandchild?" This meant only one thing, these guys are not properly taxed. Peace could be restored only when somebody informed that no cycle for a four year old kid is priced below Rs 2000/- these days.
Adhiraj got his big & blue cycle on friday. He is happy but is asking for one modification. He does not like supports.
While inflation is nagging me so much, my old Sr team members were quite OK with it in my last dream:
I said, " Inflation is rising"
Pratul sir : local inflation does not bother me, I am international.
I said, "Vegetables are so expensive"
roshan said, "who is eating vegetables, and why??"
I said, "petrol is the root cause."
mukesh sir said, " doesn't bother me, I don't drive."
I looked towards nirendra sir.
He said, "mujhe kaun sa betiyon ki shaadi karni hai?"
Ranjan ji said, "jo sirf paan pe survive kar sakta hai, uska inflation kya ukhaad lega?"
adityaji said, "jab kisi ko koi fark nahi pad raha hai to humko aur tumko chinta karne ki koi jarrorat nahi hai."
I woke up a happy man.
P.S.: Chunnu Bhaiya worte "Over the Barrel" in Financial Express, 5th June 08. The article was like a beautiful lady, 'good to look at, difficult to comprehend'. Maybe it was not meant for someone who has passed economics with the help of open book policy. Certainly not for one who subscribes TOI and submits bills of FI as it costs more.

Strange Equations
Spent last five days in Patna. It was raining continuously. Sadly, Patna has not improved since Lalu era. Rain was making the conditions worse. Adhiraj (son) had his 4th birthday on 18th. He wanted to cut cake in Patna zoo amongst animals. Somehow, he is more comfortable with animals than human beings. However, rain ruined his plans. Maybe, next year we will be able to fulfill his wish. His grandpa gave him Rs 1500/- for buying a big cycle, as the present one does not match the required specifications. I have celebrated 36 birthdays, but could never fetch such princely sum from Dad. Strange equations!
Next on agenda is finding a cycle for adi, which can match his specifications.
bye!
